Auvergne's tourism professionals are dedicated to quality! For the first time in France a region has created a quality label for its offering in tourism : the « Qualité Auvergne » label. It is based on an official quality control system: the certification of services. The label is the property of the Conseil régional d’Auvergne and is reserved for certified establishments that respect the “Qualité Auvergne” charter. Today, hotels, restaurants, and accommodation for children and young people in four administrative “departments” in Auvergne are certified. Whether you are looking for country inns or castles, village hotels, spas or city hotels, restaurants and accommodation for children and young people, our certified establishments offer a wide range of highly diversified and personalised services and…adapted to every budget. From 3 star hotels to country inns, with 4 or 80 rooms, in the restaurants or in the guest rooms, everyone is committed to applying the “Qualité Auvergne” charter to the letter thus guaranteeing a quality of service and facilities that is far superior to national rating standards. In order to guarantee the application of the quality charter, each establishment is checked annually, at random and anonymously, by an independent certification organisation approved by the Comité Française d’Accreditation, an official government certification committee that has sister organisations throughout Europe. |
